晚上和朋友去看戯
看時間還有很多
還沒吃晚餐的我
就提議到Starhill的Papa Rich找吃
一set海南雞飯  +  一杯蜂蜜檸檬冰
[ 說實在的，真的很難吃。不知是否是晚上的關係，
餐桌上的4大塊雞都來自不同的部位，而且骨頭是我有史以來最多的一次，
幾乎可以把飯碗盛滿（本人吃雞飯通常只吃雞二度、雞胸和雞腿）]
在外加一set kaya 牛油 蒸麵包
牛油的分量是大到~爽
也把朋友的一半牛油吃了
吃完的感覺就是 ~ 油+爽

晚餐和友人s 到Serdang火鍋
雖然我們是進了火鍋店
可是並不是吃火鍋
只是在吃我們自己煎的食物
牛油煎~~
當天的牛油吸收量應該也是超標咯！！

早上到中午的這段時間
因有事請在外頭忙著
也耽擱了進食時間
下午真的是餓到不行
打包了久違的鴨飯加飯 + Spicy Mc Deluxe Set Large回家
結果是撐到我晚餐也吃不下了~~
